Workshop Description:
Learn how to use conflict and ‘cognitive diversity’ to enhance your team’s functioning and effectiveness. Whether you are directly involved, or trying to help others through a challenging situation, having some skills can make a difference. Find out when and how to handle a conflict yourself and when and where to get help if you need it.
