Synopsis
The purpose of the Foundation is to advance the science of chemistry, chemical engineering and related sciences as a means of improving human relations and circumstances around the world. These programs were established to strengthen the teaching and research careers of talented young faculty in the chemical sciences. The Camille Dreyfus award focuses primarily on individual research accomplishments and promise.

Disciplines included:
Chemistry, chemical engineering, biochemistry.

Eligibility
Institutions must grant a bachelor's or higher degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or biochemistry. Nominees must hold a full-time tenure-track academic appointment and normally are expected to be within the first five years of their academic careers.
