  1. A clear description of the work being attempted;
  2. A detailed description of the creative process and specific plans to achieve the stated goals;
  3. A clear description of methods and any unique features of the approach or techniques to be used;
  4. Special ways in which the requested funds will facilitate the work;
  5. The potential significance of the work;
  6. A brief history of the project, if appropriate;
  7. Clarification of how time will be spent in accomplishing the project and the specific tasks or steps.

Applicants are encouraged to include a link to a web site with work samples, e.g. in the form of images or sound. Or,if you choose to attach digital images, they may be 1200 to 1500 pixels not to exceed 2 MB per image.
