Welcome to the Graduate Student Services and Progress (GSSP) office’s web site.
Our office serves as the primary contact point for all Graduate School students after their admission and initial registration. We are responsible for student academic matters, including monitoring student registration and degree progress, approving degree program and thesis proposal forms, scheduling of examinations, accepting completed theses and dissertations, awarding of degrees, planning commencement ceremonies, and maintaining permanent student records. We also advise faculty and students concerning Graduate School and University policies and procedures.

The Graduate School’s fall 2009 commencement ceremony will be on Friday, December 11. The deadline for Graduate School students to submit their Commencement Attendance Approval form to 316 Johnston Hall is October 1.
